Warranty & Returns Policy

All new items carry a standard, 30-day warranty.

Our policies are simple and what we consider common sense:

- If we made a mistake, shipped a wrong item, or if there is shipping damage or an issue with a product, just contact us within 30 days of receipt, and we will figure out a solution or send you a pre-paid return label. 

- If you purchased an item by mistake or for whatever other personal reason, you wish to return it, that's also not a problem. We just ask that you cover the cost of return shipping and send it back in same condition as it arrived. We will issue a full refund for the cost of the items (shipping excluded).

Please note that items returned in NOT new condition, will be subject to a restocking fee. Fee is usually 20%, depending on item price and condition of the return.

We try to be honest and transparent with everything we do. We appreciate your understanding.
